Sean Harron, Construction Manager/President
Sean Harron's construction background spans many years as a master craftsman custom kitchen designer. Handcrafting millions of dollars of cabinetry in the World Trade Center's upper floors, as well as thousands of kitchens and cabinetry in the New York and New Jersey areas.

Sean moved to the Las Vegas area to assist the Focus group of companies with their preliminary Master Plan work. He began several of the Master Planned Communities and completed phase one construction on Mountain's Edge. This experience took the meticulous carpenter to the world of major infrastructure, parks and roadways. The expedited schedule of the Master Plan was put to the test several times as builders commitments were made and accomplished due to Sean's attention to detail.

Elise Harron, Development Manager/Owner
Elise's experience spans ten years and encompasses Land Development experience ranging from builder subdivisions through large Master Planned communities including golf courses, club houses, parks, major regional flood facilities and interstate highways. She was instrumental in organizing and managing the construction of Flamingo Trails, The Downs and several projects at Sunridge. In addition, Elise managed the construction and oversaw contract management for Southern Highlands Development Corporation from 1998 through 2003.

Elise offers budget and schedule assistance to property owners wishing to develop their asset as well as construction management of the same. Together she and Sean have created a recipe for success through their expertise and enthusiasm here at Harron Construction.

Dawn Pawlak, Contract Manager
Being a native Las Vegan, Dawn has seen and been part of the immense growth of the Las Vegas Valley. Dawn's ten years of experience consists of Land Development for Master Planned communities such as Summerlin and Mountain's Edge and general construction for both public and private projects. While employed at Hughes Corporation, she was part of the Sumerlin project team for over seven years and performed the contract administration for the Land Development division for four out of those seven years. Dawn has also been involved with general construction through several large Clark County School District projects as well as commercial projects. Dawn is a lien law expert and manages each of our projects from contract through bond release and accounts for each penny.

Brett Campbell, General Superintendent
Brett joined the Harron team in 2005 bringing with him over 18 years of construction experience with12 of those years right here in the Vegas Valley. Brett began his career repairing divots in surfboards but quickly decided that construction would be the perfect career for him. Brett has taken the time to master painting, roofing and electrical. With those skills, he was offered the General Superintendent position here locally with one of our builders. He expanded his experience by working in that capacity for over 12 years with two of the better tract-home builders and one of the best semi-custom builders in Las Vegas. He proudly holds several performance records final punchlist walks. Brett was an integral part of the Customer Service team and very involved with resolving Warranty issues.

Brett brings a lot of personal pride to the team therefore he demands quality where much of our competition is observes quantity. Brett's attention to detail has made him a specialist in his field as he simply demands perfection in his projeccts. An integral part of our team, Brett has been instrumental in meeting completion schedules and problem solving in order to keep the job moving in a positive direction. With Brett focused on your job you can rest easy knowing your project will be completed on time.

Alan Bross, Project Manager
Alan brings a wide variety of experience to the table. Specific trade experience covers everything from Management and Sales to flooring, tile, Commercial Development and Master Plan Land Development. There is no project too large or too small to be placed in the capable hands of Mr. Bross. The subcontractors count on Alan’s ability to communicate and coordinate and they all perform well under his direction. Alan’s value in experience and honest communication is only exceeded by his ability to document EVERY conversation or activity that occurs on the project. His recent baptism into the Smart Home Technology just confirms that Alan’s chemical makeup is exactly that of a Sea Sponge. He is an ever learning mass of information, only one with a personality. Bet on it – Alan would.

Karen Liedkie, Finance Manager
Karen brings over 19 years experience in construction accounting from a variety of sources – 4 years working on the Developer’s side with some of the largest nationwide builders here in the Vegas Valley, 5 years working for Suppliers, and 10 years with Subcontractors and Engineering Firms. This gives Karen a unique perspective and overall understanding of all aspects of the industry and how they interrelate in the accounting functions. She possesses excellent technical skills and strong problem solving skills. Her tenacity and determination ensure the accuracy of any information she disseminates. Above all that she is a pleasure to deal with even on the tough issues.

Scott Lange, Safety Manager
Scott, being the resident Jack of All Trades, was the perfect candidate for Safety Manager. Scott provides daily or weekly jobsite supervision for just one focus… Safety. This makes the insurance guys happy and helps the Owners sleep well, knowing that the risk in the field is being held to an absolute minimum.

Heshima Rico, Design Coordinator
Heshima brings 7 years of experience in technical kitchen design and homeowner assistance to the table. She has proved to be quite capable in assembling finished products for customer selection making the process appear to be fluid and easy. She is also quite gifted at keeping numerous projects moving forward even with her many other duties and tasks. Her involvement frees up the customer’s time to move on to the next room or the next project.
